Qualpay

​Qualpay is a provider of integrated, omni-channel payment solutions. The company's cloud-based platform enables businesses to modernize intelligently through the use of reporting and data analytics to streamline the payment process.

Problem

Qualpay engaged our team during the alpha stage of their business to help craft the branding and user experience for their new payment processing platform. Together with Jack Orsulak (principal at 2120.io) we provided branding and UX design. I provided user research developed user personas, wire framing, UI/UX design, marketing design, and presentation design.

Process

  • Created user personas, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups; working with web dev using agile methodologies
  • Designed UI/UX for the Qualpay.com corporate website, online payment-processing platform, Developers Portal, and Knowledge Base 
  • Collaborated with web dev to design within coding parameters
